La especia esta claro que no es para todos los públicos por el olor que tiene, pero da muy buen sabor a los guisos y arroces no se como describir su sabor pero es como una mezcla entre cebollino y ajo me encantó.

I could have sworn I already did this. But, no matter. It's a very strong spice. It's aroma is somewhat pungent and unpleasant. I put a piece of plastic wrap between the lid and the opening. Then the entire thing goes into an airtight ziplock bag. :-). However, it gives a very yummy flavour to food when used. Just keep it well contained.
