This is one of the great vitamin deals online. Take 2 pills a day. It will not burn your stomach. Great anti-oxidant. I can't stock up on enough of them.

I like the time release aspect. I use to get 1000 mg but for me that is too large to swallow so I went to the 500 mg which goes down more easily.
