How deep are the draws?

about 12 3/4 " deep by 9 3/4" wide. The drawer height is a hair under 3".

Are these carts stackable?

They are absolutely stackable- you can mix and match any way you want. All you need to do is remove the top from one unit and then you can clip another on top. They are a bit difficult to take apart- it's easiest to use a flat screwdriver to push in the little "nubbies" that keeps it secure. (These are on the inside legs of each drawer frame) The only thing is though, if you double stack these, you should probably have them somewhere that keeps them stable. (I have mine between a tall wooden cabinet and the wall) You also need to be careful not to fill them too heavy...

This looks like one I just purchased, but the drawers were not removable. I need to be able to pull out each drawer completely. Is that possible?

The dimensions say it is 26.4 inches tall... is that with or without the wheels attached?

With the wheels. I only measure about 26.25 but I'm on carpet.
