This is a great product. Made with all natural and minimal ingredients. Greta for baking and cooking. Tastes great! Dissolves easily in water or liquid of choice. What I like about it even more is that it's safe for both human and animal consumption. I mix a little bit in both of their foods as a topper and they both love it.

This is a very good choice for cooking. But, it isn’t very good tasting by itself. I made scrambled eggs with it….not good.I use it whenever I need eggs in a recipe. Cannot tell the difference from fresh eggs.Also, I can store it in the pantry and not worry about expiring.

Egg yolk lecithin is what you need for cats with hairballs, but sadly it's getting near impossible to find. This product is a lifesaver. The amount I have to add to my cat's food is a lot (1 Tbsp per meal), but it's good nutrients for him and...no more hairballs. I imagine I could use this in place of egg yolks for a recipe, like lemon curd, but it would probably not be great for the texture.
