My friend loved this gift
This was a gift for a friend, was told the frother is super strong, even does cold milk, though cold milk doesn't hold the froth as long. Easy to use.

Richtig tolle Leistung
Das Teil ist zwar teurer als die NoName-Billig-Chinaklone, aber dafür richtig gut und hochwertig. Hatte ich Jahrelang vor meinem Vollautomaten und jetzt für die Camping-Kaffee-Kiste wieder gekauft, um auch unterwegs nicht auf meinen Cappuccino verzichten zu müssen.Das Gelenk ist robust, die Drehzahl ordentlich, dabei eine lange Batterielaufzeit. Mit Akkus habe ich es noch nicht benutzt. Sowohl kalte als auch heiße Milch wird in Nullkommanichts zu köstlichem, haltbaren Schaum verarbeitet.Das Kuhfleckenmuster bei meinem Gerät ist pfiffig, haltbar und der Kunststoff ebenfalls hochwertig. Daran werde ich lange Freude haben!

Great Customer Service/Communication
I received a notification that this item had been delivered and found that the item was NOT delivered along with some other items. I immediately reached out to the seller and they immediately responded with directions on what to do. I filled out a claim form and forwarded it back to the seller. They then sent me a confirmation that they’re sending out a replacement item. This all happened within a couple of days and in just 5 short days, the replacement item arrived.This is what GREAT customer service looks like. Good job BigKitchen!!As far as the item goes, it’s great. I purchased this for my wife since she already owns one of these and loves to drink coffee. The one we previously owned was lost somewhere in the move to our new home. So, this product also gets 5 stars!
