Simple and effective.
This item was easy to fit and lights my bathroom very well. It is a lot brighter than my previous (ordinary) light! Instructions were clear and I particularly like the wiring arrangement. There is a "plug" type fitting, which is joined together after the main wiring job is done - this makes it so easy to install - no fiddling around with connectors and needing 3 hands! The cover (diffuser?) is atached to the unit by two small screws, one each side, so it isn't difficult to remove it for cleaning, etc.....a 30-second job. Very satisfied.

Surprised!!
Thats me finally got round to putting 2 of these in my bathroom and they are very bright so we will see how they go. They were easy to instal and very cheap but once they are on the ceiling they look good.

Brilliant lights for the price
I bought two of these for my hall and landing as both are dark areas and the traditional light socket isn't good enough to brighten those areas. Very easy to install and was delighted that the fitting can be disconnected from the adapter with a twist lock making installation less awkward unlike some light fittings where the whole fitting is jangling in your face. The fitting is flush with the ceiling and looks well but also has a slot so you can raise or lower on one side in the event your ceiling is not straight. Would recommend this ceiling light as a replacement for your traditional ceiling rose fitting. I'll be buying these again when the time comes.
