As a person who knows for a fact that I don’t eat near enough fruits and vegetables, I love the fact that I can find a supplement like this that is actually made from the fruits and vegetables that I need.Touchstone Essentials Organic Whole Food Multivitamin and Mineral Supplement come in a nice, heavy glass jar. They are also certified organic, are vegan, contain no GMO’s, and are made in the USA. These multivitamins are made from twenty-seven different fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms. From that right there, what more could you want?The capsules are what I consider to normal size for a supplement at just about an inch long. They have a nice fruity smell and slight fruity taste to them as you swallow them. The recommended serving size is three capsules daily, so one jar is a month’s worth of vitamins. Per serving, they may seem kind of expensive, but I believe and feel they are higher quality than the standard multivitamin on the market.For all of the above reasons, I give them a five star rating, and I will be purchasing another jar once I finish these. Love this brand! They seem to really be into the organic and natural whole food way of producing supplements. I know these work a lot better than the synthetic kind that you usually find for cheaper at the drug or grocery store. I love that it comes in a nice glass amber bottle to protect the contents and it's USDA certified ORGANIC. Lots of nice fruits and vegetables inside the capsules! This is my second supplement from this company and I hope it's not the last! These are very good. I love that they are a whole food multi vitamin and the ingredients are fantastic. I can already feel the difference taking these daily with my meals. Although, I would have liked to see what I was getting from each vitamin, mineral and enzyme, as I really don't know if I'm getting enough of what I need or if I still need to take more and so on, but that's ok.

This is a good quality multi vitamin, that comes with natural ingredients and it's vegan! No nasties or unnecessary added chemicals, which our body doesn't need. Comes in a nice glass UV filter protected bottle, which is and added benefit. Though it's way to overpriced for a monthly supply. There are other multi vitamins on the market with similar benefits, that are more affordable. This is a good one to go for if you can afford it, but I wouldn't say it's the best for the price you pay.

Love these capsules as they are organic and whole food, no synthetics or chemicals. So difficult to find such healthy capsules nowadays. Thoroughly recommend!

These capsules have really helped settle my digestion as I kept getting a bad tummy. My heart feels good, and my eyesight is still good for long distance. Although I don't take the recommended three a day (as the capsules get stuck in my throat), I have one or two a day. I also take Wellspring and Supergreens vitamins so combined I feel really good. Hope you don't mind me sharing that when I burp the capsule gives off a lovely fruity aroma.
