This natural sleep aid works for me. It apparently doesn't work for everyone, but it's definitely worth a try.

Wonderful product that helped me get a better nights sleep
These have made such a difference in my sleep. They are more effective than those I was getting at the big box store. Plus there are more in the bottle than I was getting before. This adds up to be a super value for the money spent. Quality product for sure!!

No odor
I didn’t think this was really valerian at first since they had no odor whatsoever. I have since learned that there are ways to process that keep all the benefits of valerian while not stinking. It helps me sleep and my muscles relax. It’s working.

Great Product
This is a different brand than I normally buy, but I'm very pleased! They're much smaller capsules & are a larger dose so I only have to take 1 instead of 2. They greatly improve my sleep quality without causing drowsiness the next morning. Highly recommend!

Horrible product. It didn't do anything but a placebo effect for sleep. Had no effect after taking 6 caps. BBC rating is a C. I doubt if it even is valerian root at all. I looked up the LLC company and it seems vacant. I wouldn't purchase anything else from this company.If it is valerian, it is very poor quality/extraction process/refinement. AVOID. There's way more reputable brands out there. I regret giving this company a chance.

High Potency Valerian Root.
VAlerian Root helps me go to sleep. If you are dealing with the same sort of problem I suggest you consider valerian root appx 30 mins before retiring. It works.The only issue for me so far with the product has been--do I take 1 or 2 of the capsules?Two capsules contain 10,000 mg of valerian root. I've taken 2 capsules at bedtime in the past and have awakened feeling lethargic. So think about starting with one capsule and increasing the amount you take. I'm actually thinking of buying a different, lower potency valerian root proudct that would fit well with one of these 5000 mg capsules.Like I said--valerian works. Be aware you can get to much. Grade C
