SoundPal SP603 37-Inch Wireless Audio 2.0 Channel Sound Bar

I got this when it showed up as a Lightning deal and I was looking for a soundbar for a TV in my bedroom. I wanted something like my more expensive soundbar in the main living room, something that was in the $200 price range, but I didn't want to spend that much money. The bluetooth aspects of this were not relevant to me, since I use it directly connected with a normal audio cable.It does a reasonable job for the $39.99 price I paid. It would rank a bit lower in my view at the higher normal $49.99 price (as of writing this).It works, but has one persistent problem that cost it a star for me. It sometimes disconnects from the TV when I am switching between what I am playing (such as on YouTube, Funimation or other Roku apps). This could be due to my TV, but I believe the soundbar is at fault since turning it off and on again clears up the problem. It can also ignore volume changes until it is turned off and on as well. This is not bad enough that I will get a replacement, but it is still annoying.

The sound bar itself works as advertised. The speaker's volume is more than acceptable, even at low levels it is considerably louder than I would expect. The only reason I don't give it a better rating is because the quality is just not up to what I would expect from a $50+ speaker. I could buy a set of desktop speakers with built in subwoofers that would give 2x the sound quality for under $50. Why even make a speaker bar that isn't going to be any better quality than cheaper speakers?If you buy this, then you're buying it for the sake of having a sound bar. If you're actually wanting a speaker(s) with good quality sound and bass, with options to change the audio settings, then you'll want to leave this sound bar behind and keep shopping.Call it a learning experience, I now know you're better off spending more money on something better as far as sound bars are concerned.

The sound is pretty meh. Bluetooth range is mediocre. But, I mounted it in a work van and it got me through the summer. It's strange there is no optical out. So, if you want to use this for your non-bt TV, you're basically out of luck.

Used for tv. Hooked to 3.5 so I could use tv remote. When first using, turn volume on speaker all the way up using volume button on speaker. Works on tv best this way. Can be very loud this way.

We use this as our primary speaker for our new TV and it's pretty amazing. The bass is really good and it's a really quality piece.

When hooked up to TV, this thing pops, chirps, squeals, crackles and whistles. It does it every time you turn it on, change channels, pause, ff, or rewind.I first bought it to use with the RCA cable and it did all these things.Then I tried it with a Bluetooth TV and it was just as bad. When you Google this problem it says "check the soundbar". Also, when I disconnected and removed it from a Samsung, the TV continued to make the chirping squealing sound. I got it to stop by unhooking everything and doing a fresh restart on the TV (without the soundbar obviously). Also, I could not find ANY way to make the volume control work with the TV remote. Customer support had no solution for this except to call my cable service provider; they knew nothing either. So you're stuck using the cheap TINY little remote that comes with it and god forbid you should lose it.Some moron gave this a good review for it's sound quality at this price and when it's playing it's fine, until you adjust the volume, change channels, pause, etc. Then it makes the annoying squealing sound that goes right thru you. Now it's just a $70 brick. I'm scared to try it with my phone for fear that hooking it up may have lasting side effects even when not using it. I'm so sorry I purchased this; big waste of money.

Sounds ok for the price but has 3 problems. 1- On initial turn on, its default volume is too loud-should be selectable. 2- No audio output whenever you change TV channel, must turn off and on again. 3- The wire connections should be in the back, not the side so they are not visible.

For the price you pay, it comes with everything you need to install (including mounting on the wall, should you so choose). We have it hard-wired to our desktop and TV/Blu-ray and connected to our phones via Bluetooth for a little Pandora. I have nothing but good things to say about this soundbar.

Just set up my soundbar which took seconds and wow what a great sound, I am really happy with this and the price makes it a no brainer for any one looking to improve there tv sound.

My TV has rubbish speakers when listening to music. Bought this speaker, love it, brilliant for watching films too. Would definitely recommend speaker and seller!!!!!

Wer bei dem Preis Bose Qualität erwartet dem st nicht zu helfen. Fehrnseher klingt jedenfalls besser als vorher. Einziges Problem ist die Amazon Verpackung. Die war gefühlt so groß wie eine Haustür
