Sojoy gel cushions work the best for us!
We own three Sojoy gel cushions and they have given us 10s of 1000s of miles of comfort.We use these both for seat cushions and for back cushions. They work well for both purposes. However the newer model (also reviewed) works a bit better for a back cushion. When used as a back cushion the retaining tab along the back on the older model (reviewed here) can tear-out. Problem eliminated on the newer model.The gel matrix is very comfortable and holds its shape fairly well.

Takes a little time to break in and soften up, but after a week really made a difference

Good Value
The cushion provides some extra comfort on a long drive providing a softer seat. It generally stays in place well, though it takes a bit of wiggling around at first to get it in the right position. I thought it was a good value for the money.
