I was 2 days before performance for our school Christmas program and I had a problem - I had maxed out our sound board and I needed one more channel! I was running 11 wireless head mics, some choir mics, several hand mics, and projector audio, but I needed 2 channels for the projector audio. Phenyx Pro's PTU-52-2H to the rescue! My solution was to pull 2 Shure SM58 wireless mics out and replace them with the 2 PTU-52's - using the 1/4" output and using the receiver as a sub-mixer, therefore only needing one channel on my board! Worked like a charm and gave me the extra channel I needed! And the bonus was the quality of sound was as good, maybe better! The mics are well made and feel solid. They are slightly lighter than the Shure mics, but very close. Using the volume controls on the front of the reciever, I could still have seperate levels for the 2 mics. These were used as mics for our soloists in the program, so I would not have made the switch if the quality of the performance was not excellent! For the money, you can't buy anything close - and with tunable frequencies you could use multiple sets together if needed! What more could you ask!

I bought this mic set for home karaoke use, and I’m happy with it. I had some older, wired microphones that were never loud enough. I read that wireless mics can fix that issue because the receivers have built-in preamps. It certainly worked for me. I chose this set specifically because it was in my $100 price range, the handles and receiver are constructed of metal, there are independent volume controls (on the receiver and inside the battery compartment), the signal is UHF (better than VHF), there’s dual frequency adjustment (some sets are locked to a pair of frequencies even if they look adjustable), the AA batteries are easily replaceable (I didn’t want to have to stop to recharge), and as a bonus, anti-rolling rings are included (in gray and black to distinguish the mics). This brand was also recommended in online message boards. They are easy to use. The signals on the receiver change to match each mic automatically. The handles are thicker than my old wired mics. So, if you already have a mic stand, you may need a different attachment piece. I had my first party this weekend (’90s themed), and it was a big hit. Plenty of volume and no feedback. The party was at least 5 hours long, and the included batteries lasted the entire time (plus some time spent testing beforehand). Range was not an issue at all. Apparently, this set used to come with a carrying case. That would have been nice, but one may be purchased separately if needed. I’m completely satisfied and definitely recommend this set for home use.

I received this item just in time for a DJ gig. I already have a Shure wireless microphone system but when I saw the price on this unit I couldn't pass it up. I used this system for my PA side so that the hosts of the event could make speeches and announcements as the evening progressed. I was highly impressed with the clarity and range (distance from the receiver) that is had. It was performed just as well as my Shure setup as far as the clarity is concerned. The signal distance may be shy by approximately 100 feet (32 meters) of my Shure system outdoors, but I only intend on using this system for smaller indoor and backyard use. A pretty great system overall.

The Phenix Pro Wireless Microphone System is an excellent product! It’s very durable and built to last, with strong, reliable connectivity that performs well even at a distance. The battery life is impressive perfect for remote use or long events. Very easy to use and the volume control is ideal. I connected it to an older PA System and it does the job fairly well. This unit is also smaller so it does not weight much. I connect it and no longer have to worry about cables running through the floor. It comes in a durable case and very easy to carry. Great Item.

Really digging my PTU-52-H unit. Great addition to our rehearsal space and can't wait to take it out for gigs. Very easy to use. Mics were automatically connected upon first power up. Have not experienced any drop out issues. Mics are built well and sound great. Can't wait to get more Phenyx products to go with these mics and my in ear set I already have!!!

These are the 1st of many wireless mics. The sound is sharper and the battery life has surprised us. Yesterday was the 1st day of replacement of batteries after almost 2 months. The mic screen shows the count down to replacement.

I hate to admit it, but I genuinely love these mics, they have a good range on them, sound amazing, and have never failed me. I have used them for karaoke multiple times a week, as well as for live shows to great success. Battery life is also exceptionally good. They are quite hot, so for powerful and loud singers you’ll need to significantly decrease your gain stage. The only issue I ever have is if they get dropped or hit the battery faults out to show 0 battery and they shut off. Easily fixed by just taking out the batteries and putting them back in.

This mic is surprisingly good, easy set up, comes with battery and the sound is clear. Although you might need to buy a strap on receiver separately if you doing long distance but otherwise it’s very good don’t listen to the negative reviews. Only tested today tho. Will update review if anything changes.

Ordered this set as I have previously used them before. Disappointed to receive it without a decent carrying case only the cardboard box it arrived in. Previous sets had come with a black plastic carrying case also.

Wenn ich solch Angebote lese, wird das misstrauen bei mir zur „Königsdisziplin“! Aber in diesem Fall hat die Neugier gesiegt und ich wollte es einfach wissen. Gesagt, bestellt, getestet und für absolut top befunden! Das Set ist selbsterklärend. Batterie einlegen, das Gerät mit dem Mixer (in meinem Fall mit dem Keyboard) verbinden und los gehts! Der Klan der Mikrophone ist warm und wohlklingend. Selbst in der Nähe der Boxen gab erst in absolut kurzer Distanz eine Rückkopplung ( wo meine anderen Mikros schon lange „heulen“ würden. Die Kopplung zwischen Sender und Empfänger geschieht automatisch und in Sekunden Bruchteilen. Die Displays sind Übersicht und gut zu lesen.Dass die Lautstärken beider Mikros unabhängig von einander einzustellen sind, ist einfach grandios! Gibt es eine kauf Empfehlung von mir???? Ja!!!! Auf jeden Fall! Diese Mikrofone sind für Studio Aufnahmen genauso zu empfehlen wie für Liveauftritte…. Bedienungsanleitung nur auf englischer Version, aber da das Gerät selbsterklärend ist, stell das kein Problem dar. Wer es trotzdem schwarz auf weiß braucht, kann die Seiten mit dem Google Übersetzer abfotografieren und übersetzen lassen…..
