It chopped nuts to a uniform size and was easy to use. I don’t get the feeling it will last forever because the construction doesn’t seem very durable, but the price was right. I would recommend.

JUNK With A Capital "J" I used this for the first time yesterday and although it does a great job Grinding Walnuts, when I pressed in on the Two Side Tabs that releases the bottom in order to remove the Grinder Teeth, the one Plastic Tab snapped completely off and you could see where the other Tab was Fractured and ready to break off, it is now nothing more then a Useless Paper Weight.

Nice and compact, grinds good. Large crank handle and complete rotation takes up half of the outside surface area of grinder, therefore you can only grip/hold the opposite side of grinder. Setting it down on counter top helps steady unit during the cranking process. And, unlike other grinders, this unit has no 1/4 or 1/2 C measuring references, so you'll have to measure to obtain the amount you desire. It does appear the bottom compartment has a maximum volume of 1 cup which is good to know.

The subject Nut Grinder is the right size and easy to handle. Along with my yogurt, I am grinding 1/4 of a cup of walnuts to eat in my morning yogurt. The Grinder appears easy to clean. As you are grinding nuts, push down on the grinder to keep it in place. Over grinding the nuts will turn the nuts to powder.

I took into account the less-than-steller reviews, and I still decided to give this product a try. So far, it is doing just fine! I have nuts almost daily, and I had been chopping them using a knife - a workable solution but definitely a daily chore. Using this device, I chop four daily portions and leave them in the refrigerator using the output cup. I was worried that this device might be too flimsy, but I used a load of 1/2 cup of Kirkland Heart Healthy and six brazil nuts this morning, and the results were stellar! Just remember that you are not trying to break it, just the nuts! Be careful and patient with it. Brazil nuts are a challenge, but they can work!

Who is the Fruitloop that came up with this design? It’s usable but the handle are you kidding me you need to hang it off of a countertop or something to be able to turn it!😂😂😂

...the top and bottom sections come apart while grinding nuts. The fittings need improved engineering. I used it for a long time. Finally went with another model that holds tight to the counter and doesn't come undone while grinding.
