Coffee maker arrived in perfect condition and makes great Coffee. Would have been 5 star if it were shipped through Amazon.

Don’t buy refurbished. Refurbished 1 star, new one 5 stars.
Tried a refurbished unit. Wouldn’t even turn on. Fortunately it was still in warranty and Braun replaced it. The new one is excellent.

Terrible!
All the error messages… nothing worked permanently when I tried to troubleshoot.Too much money for such a terrible coffee maker…. But it’s pretty….
