I just returned my first because it stopped charging. Now I've had my second one and charged it once and it stopped charging. I'm upset because I liked how hot it got and the convenience of it. Happy heat please fix the charging system, you have a great product if you can make it charge. I gave you a three because the design is amazing.

I just got the product. If you are looking for a product that you could go out in without anyone noticing this is not for you. I like it for around the house. Lying down or walking it is great! However, it is like walking around with a Santa belly on. It is not at all discreet or lightweight.

This is my 2nd happy heat. My first is still working great but this one randomly stopped charging today. It was working well before.

I bought this to take camping, to replace the microwaveable rice bags I use at home. I have lumbar arthritis and start each day with heat treatments before I begin moving through my day. This product takes a little time to heat up, and you need to take care that it does so on a flat surface, but once heated it fits snugly into my lower back and provides a surprisingly long-lasting warmth. I like that it velcro’s In place so you can wear it while moving around. It worked well for camping, and I have also used it at home. I’m a size 2X and have no problem with fit.

Although I have a bad back, this was too cumbersome and awkward to wear perhaps since I am 5"1 and weigh 107 lbs.

I turn it around to help with abdominal pain. So much better than a hot pack being able to get relief and still move around.

Works but does not stay hot very long. Could have better insulation.

The belt is soft and comfortable, that being said it does not get hot enough to offer any real relief.
