So can i just have to plug it in into my pc and i get better wifi.

I have used this cable from amazon and it has worked great with other antennas. Well, I had issues with antennas but it was not caused by the cable.

Search the Internet for "What’s the Maximum Length for USB Cables? How to Extend them Further" and it should show you the article at nerdtechy-dot-com that I read last year about the maximum length of a USB cable.

Active extension cables are similar to ordinary extension cables with one important difference. They have electronics inside that boost the signal in your USB cable. This allows you to extend the cable significantly further than its rated length. Because these cables need to be powered, they typically require an external power adapter. When you’re shopping around, make sure to find one that includes a power source. Otherwise, you’ll need to find a power source on your own. This doesn’t need to be a lot of power. A simple USB power supply can get the job done.

USB 2.0 cables can be extended out to a length of 30 meters, or just over 98 feet. USB 3.0 and 3.1 cables, on the other hand, can only be extended to 18 meters (about 59 feet). This assumes that the initial cable is an active cable. If it’s not, the maximum length of USB 2.0 drops to 25 meters, or about 82 feet. The maximum length of USB 3.0 and 3.1 will drop to 15 meters (roughly 49 feet). The initial cable also affects your length in another way. Your extension cables can only be as long as the original cable. So if your initial cable is only 6 feet long, a 10-foot extension cable isn’t going to work. You’ll either need a 10-foot initial cable, or a shorter extension cable.

Is this compatible with archer ax3000?  i have laptop with intel ac7265 win10 32bit which is not.  will this fix that?

You have a laptop with an intel ac7265 which is not what?  Not working?  This is a separate usb antenna and will not "fix" anything inside of a laptop.  Thats now how technology works. This would be used instead of the internal wireless (ac7265) card.   As for being compatible the the TP-link Archer Ax3000, then yes to that, however, the ax3000 has a theoretical higher throughput than this antenna can fully use. Your router is wifi6 tech, and this antenna is ac tech. The router supports all backwards standards, so it will work "down" to the ac standard.  It all dont matter anyway, unless you are getting gig internet.  A new interal ac7265 is about the same price as this antenna too, and that also manages your bluetooth connections to the laptop.  This antenna would not help with bluetooth.  Might be worth a look to replace that card instead.  Not hard if there is a door on the laptop to get to it. Just a slot for the card and two little antenna wires.  ALso, the separate antenna would work best in a usb 3.0 port if you have one of those to spare.
