This has quickly become a handy pan for everyday cooking. The 11-inch size gives plenty of room for pancakes, eggs, grilled sandwiches, and other quick meals. Food releases easily from the nonstick surface, and cleanup has been simple. It heats evenly, and the silicone grip makes the handle comfortable to hold. I also like the square shape because it gives you a little more usable cooking space than a typical round pan.

Non stick copper is so easy to clean. The handle is very sturdy. Well made. Everything cooks evenly.

I like it but the curved shape to it is annoying bc pancake batter and eggs run to the side.

I’ve been using the NutriChef 11-Inch Square Griddle Pan for breakfast foods and everyday cooking. The size has been really convenient. There’s enough surface area for pancakes, eggs, bacon or grilled sandwiches. The nonstick surface has worked well and makes flipping food and cleaning up afterward much easier. I’ve needed very little oil, and food releases without much effort. The square shape also gives me a little more usable cooking space than some of my round pans. The induction base heats evenly, and the pan feels sturdy without being overly heavy. The handle is comfortable to hold and gives me good control when moving it around the stovetop. I’ve washed it after regular use and the nonstick finish has remained smooth. It’s become a useful everyday pan for quick meals and breakfast cooking, especially when I want something easy to clean afterward.

Finally replaced an older version with this one and the difference is huge. Heats up super fast and perfect for making quesadillas

I bought this back in September 2025 and as of January 2026, I have not received any answers from Nutrichef customer service. I tried calling and filling out the form they have on their website and have not heard back. In the few months I have had it, it has experienced discoloration and made these crackling/popping noises when I use it. It feels like the pan might crack or explode. I recommend looking elsewhere for a pan.

Beautiful, solid pan with a big cooking surface. We’ve made wraps, pancakes, and veggie burgers with just a bit of oil, and nothing sticks. Easy to use, easy to clean. After three months of almost daily use, the copper coating still looks like new.
