What's the fleur del sal flavor? How is that one different from vanilla flavor?

Fleur de Sel has Balinese sea salt added. The combined flavor is over the top delectable (think of the salty-sweet marriage of salted caramel). Interestingly, the nutritional breakdown is exactly the same as the Blonde flavor, which is all coconut sugar. I would have expected the sodium content to be higher on the Fleur de Sal. I don't have the vanilla flavor, but I would imagine they added vanilla bean
