So Much Fun – A Must-Have for True Crime Fans!
My best friend and I absolutely LOVE this game! It’s such a blast and perfect for anyone who’s into true crime. Some cases are challenging, while others are a bit easier, so it keeps things interesting. We always have a great time piecing together clues and solving the mysteries. It’s a fantastic way to spend an evening, and we can’t wait to try more cases. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun and engaging activity! If the company wants to send us some, we will gladly provide feedback!!

Great Mystery!
I loved solving this Unsolved Case File! This one had a bit more critical thinking skills needed than the previous ones, which is a plus in my book. We had loads of fun figuring out the answer to each objective. There are three objectives in total. I love how interactive the whole game is. There is lots of reading involved though but that is part of the fun. This was our third one that we did, since we are going in order of release date. I got the first two games in the series from Target and they were packaged differently than this one because they came in a product game box, while this one just came in the game’s case file envelope. Overall, we had an amazing gaming experience. And I honestly wish that they had these types of games when I was a kid. These games are great for groups or for solving solo. <3

My husband I LOVE these!
These are such a fun date night activity! My husband and I have completed several. We both like brain teasers and puzzles, so this scratches that need. These do require a lot of detailed reading, so that is something to keep in mind. Lastly, the materials in the game are high quality and the cases are well thought out by the creators. Highly recommend giving one of these a try!

Great activity to fill an evening. Gives your brain some exercise and everyone can participate.
We are a family of crime-drama fans. The weather has been making the cable go out lately, so we thought, "What the heck, let's try solving a case. We can talk to each other for one evening as long as we have something to do."So we got one. The packet is substantial with lots of information to go through. The best part of a game like this is the theories you come up with on your own, even if they don't match up with the game. After a few hours, and lots of laughs, we ended up finding the killer with help from the clues, but mostly our own logical deductions and big brain thinking. The only cons: A couple of the clues were a little far fetched and "Scooby-Doo", and the clues in some of the photos are really tiny - especially for old-geezer eyes, but we still had a great time. The fun is in the journey, coming up with crazy stories and motives, and using your imagination. I think we made up even better crime dramas than the one written, but no one asked us, so we'll keep them to ourselves. We plan on passing the game on to our friends and family and buying new ones, then see who can solve them the fastest. Maybe we'll make game night, and talking to each other, one night a week a regular thing. Who knows?

Fun but gotta be flexible
This is the second one of these Unsolved Case Files we have purchased as a family. As with the first one, it was a lot of fun and kept everyone engaged throughout. We played with our two children, aged 11 and 13 and they enjoyed it as well. Takes about 2 hours or so, depending on how you play. And therein is the caveat with these games - the instructions are pretty limited and you basically just kind of "go with the flow" in solving each phase of the game. There are not really any instructions - you spread everything out and just start reading and trying to work towards each phase. For example, the first part might ask you to figure out who was in a building - you just read through it all (and there's a lot!) and just talk it out until you make a guess. You open up the next phase to see if you are correct - and then get more clues to start solving the next part. It is fun and requires a lot of talking and challenging thought - which is cool to do with the kids to see how their minds work. I myself would have enjoyed a little more direction and help kind of getting set up but I also get you are just being thrown into a mystery you have to solve. The other version we played had some mild adult themes but this one has none. Safe for all in my opinion. Can only be used one time though so once you solve it, you either pass it along or donate it - there is no replaying or "add-ons" you can purchase. Overall, we enjoy these (hence buying the second one) and it's a fun way to kill an afternoon with the family.

Love these Unsolved Case Files
My boyfriend and I enjoy doing these. This is our second one. It was not easy. Neither was the first one. I think it is a fun game to do alone, on date night, or with a group of people. We plan to get another one to do for NYE. We gave our first one to one of his coworkers. Also, one of his old bosses wants to do one as a group activity. I've told lots of people about this game and recommend it.

Fun night in!
Loved this case! Decided to do this one on my own. Was definitely not easy, but not too hard. Love that they don’t make answers obvious. I have loved every case that has come out, but this one was definitely one of my favorites. Took me about 4 nights (an hour a night). But well worth it! It was super fun and relaxing. Got my mind off the day to day stress. And was very rewarding once it was solved. You definitely won’t regret buying it!
