Fits great, a touch tight but for sure won’t slide off. The clip that you clip to the wiring harness fits snug as well. The loop that you slide over the plug end so you don’t lose the cover was really tight to slide on so as a suggestion is to warm the loop end with a hair dryer or hot water to make it easier to work with. Overall I am happy with this product!

Simple but effective. This plug cover keeps dust and bugs out of the trailer harness port and holds up to rain just fine. It’s not a lock, but it’s tough enough to stay on during rough driving. I’d love to see a glow-in-the-dark or color-coded version for faster ID. For anyone hauling trailers or gear, this is a cheap and easy add-on that works.

Must have for your trailer wiring connector.

Fits great and works exactly as advertised. If you let this dangle in a downward facing position it will fill with water, hold the water, ruin your plug and prove yourself to be an idiot. You have to use this with a tongue jack bracket or some other apparatus that holds it in an upright position when capped and not in use. If you have sense enough to understand this then disregard the negative reviews. I especially like that this one clips back to the cable while in use rather than flopping around while in transit. Also, the ring that goes over the cord end is stiff! Use a screwdriver or something to help stretch it over the cord end. It will go! I think I saw some reviews that said they had to disassemble the cord end and remove it in order to install the cap. Wrong. You just didn't try hard enough. It won't break. Make sure it isn't extremely cold and stretch that sucker. It will go. Then you have a good fit that won't come off.

You need a round jack handle on your trailer for this to fit. If you don't have one they are inexpensive to replace. Hang it plug cap up and no water will get in. I thought it was overpriced until I received it and realized how well it is made. Highly recommend product and seller.
