This is a high quality product that looks great & keeps you beverage very hot. In that regard it is 5 stars. However, the top/lid is not great for drinking. The drinking spout is located in a recessed area where the folding top snaps shut. It is not easy to talk a sip and my nose hits the hinge where the folding top is attached. I will revisit this rating after I have used it for a while longer. It appears that more emphasis was placer on the appearance of the cup, than it's functionality. It is a gorgeous cup to look at! 3 stars for now due to the uncomfortable drinking spout.

Coffee cup is great. The portion you put your lip is a bit funky and not as smooth as I'd like, but it works. Coffee stays hot through my entire two hour train ride and even long enough for me to finish it as I walk to my job from the station. In fact, the coffee is actually a little too hot to drink for me for about an hour. The lip has popped open a time or two, but that's been more because of the rough handling in my backpack that I put it in to carry as I make my way to work. For the most part it works perfect for my liking and use since I delay the drinking of my coffee anyhow. Just the cup I was looking for.

This is probably the best one we've owned. I got the MateoJo for my husband for xmas, everyone in the family got a travel mug, but each a different brand (all of stainless steel). Just 6 months later, all others have failed in one way or another - (they all get alot of use). This has outlasted them all, has the most sleek design, fits the most beverage while still fitting in the cup holder of the car. The 'color' on all of the others has peeled off. This one has not. Best fitting cover. Best design, most attractive logo. Just saying.

Bought for my husband who had been using the same travel mug every day for his coffee. He was excited to have another option, and this one very quickly became the new "every day" mug. Fits perfectly in his car and seals well. It's attractive and sleek. I find the lid is much easier to clean the coffee build up out of than most others. Has successfully been washed in the top rack of dishwasher numerous times. I definitely need to get him another 1-2 of these. He says it keeps his coffee warm for a very long time, too.

What I like about the cup is that it keeps the liquid hot for a long time. I found the drinking spout a bit awkward (which is why I gave it a 4 star rating), but when I mentioned this to the manufacturer they promptly offered me a full refund. So, I do have to say that they really back their products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I really applaud them for this.

I actually really liked this mug. It is pretty, fits well in the cup holder in my car and I liked the sleek styling which felt good in my hand, easy to carry. Unfortunately I am returning it because the plastic top smells like plastic and interferes with my drinking pleasure. I have washed it numerous times and it just doesn't go away completely. Very bummed because I really liked product.

This is exactly what I was looking for: easy to hold, not too heavy when full & almost spill proof----if the "spout" is Locked has not leak if tipped over!! The other main reason I tried it as it claimed to stay cool on the outside, & it does!!! So am no longer burning my fingers, while my coffee is Hot hot hot---i would rather not drink lukewarm coffee Additionally, it has kept my water COLD (buurrr) as well for a long time. Well worth the money!!

First,this thing is slick as s**t. It’s easy to almost drop it if you don’t get a sure grip on it. Second, it does leak. You have to firmly press the lid in or liquid will seep from the seals. Third, it does not keep any insulation. I’m timing it at about 30 minutes before whatever is hot or cold to start cooling or heating up. It is not expensive, but for a cup it does a lot wrong
