I love this thing. I hurt my back in July 2022 and have tried a lot of different braces but they are all bulky and obvious. This one is pretty small but has 3 straps to tighten. I’m usually a small in most things if not extra small but the medium fit me well. If I put it directly on my skin it heats up my back so well after about 20 min. I had to take it off cause it got so hot one time and I’ve been wearing it over my shirt now at home. I love the effect it has on my back when it heats up but I can’t keep it on my skin too long or it feels like it’s burning me. No complaints though I’d rather it get too hot than not work or need to put heated bags in it like some.

Good product but the Velcro isn't as strong as I would like but it might be fine for others. This was a replacement for one that I had for many years. . Definitely helps with comfort.

My lower back ribs have been tender for about 2 weeks. I believe I strained a muscle. The pain worsens when I sit in my car, in chairs or in the bathroom. I have been using this support brace for a few days now and it really helps. It does not fix the problem. It just makes it more tolerable. This brace is currently well worth the price that it cost

Not supportive. Not wide enough for lower back and lumbar area.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Back support and comfort. It rolls and doesn't give what it was suppose to give. The boning bends something horrible. I measured myself and ordered two different sizes separately and have the same problem.
