Kotap 20 x 20 Ft. All-Purpose Multi-Use Protection/Coverage 5-mil Poly Tarp, Reversible, Waterproof, Brown/Green, (TBG-2020)

For my purpose this tarp is fine, but it's the thinnest tarp I've ever seen, you can almost see thru it. I like that it's green on one side and brown on the other. It appears the edges are glued over since there is white stuff along the entire edge of the foldover. So I would definitely not use it in wind. I'm using it for shade on two side panels of the Advatek large gazebo cage I bought for my mini pig. They want $39 for one that matches the gazebo and I got this tarp for less than $8. I will fold it over and attach with zip ties along top and sides. The brown will match the gazebo top. I feel that most buyers would want a sturdier and thicker tarp so I'm rating it 3 stars.

I don't often use such words as crap and in this case I don't even think that does this tarp justice. I unfortunately didn't realize how bad it was, until opening it, some 400 miles from home. It is made of two pieces, the fabric of which is so thin that the seams in places were split when I opened it and the colour was flaking off, so it was not fit for any purpose before I actually used it. I was using it to cover some expensive leather chairs that I was transporting home. Needless to say the tarp basically disintegrated on the way home. Thankfully it didn't rain, so I will put this down to experience, but I am surprised that anyone could actually make or sell a product that obviously is not only unusable for any purpose, but made of such substandard material that a child of five would have realized its inadequacy, so I am surprised at Amazon for including in Prime. I will have to be more careful in future

Good quality tarp for a fair price. I needed it to cover up part of a fire damaged roof because it was due to rain before we could finish repairs. It worked fine, and kept the water out. Durable enough to withstand some wind and heavy rain. Strong enough that I was able to clean it off and now have a nice sized tarp packed away in storage if I end up needing it again. The size is great, perfect really for shading, providing privacy, protection, or projects. 5 stars, completely would recommend, and if I needed another I’d buy again.

When we received this we made the mistake of not opening it right away. When we did open it and go to cover our camper up the tarp was like stuck together and in some places like melted together. It seemed like it had been in storage a very long time in high heat. I didn't want to go throw the trouble of returning it so we figured it would last at least one season. Well after just a few weeks of it covering our camper it had holes in it where the plastic was weak from being stuck together. I would not buy this again from the same place. I advise anyone to fully open it as soon as you get it so you can return it if it is in bad shape like ours was.

This is a very light duty tarp. Did not work very well as a taunt cover. It pooled water and failed (Ripped) due to the weight of aprox 3 gal (24#), in a sag. Hoping as a loose, Spiked down cover it will provide better water protection without failing, but it's REALY Thin. Almost see through in a strong (Sun) Light.It's also good to note, that it is a One Way tarp according to the packaging, Brown Side Up!! It still seems to be a good value for the size (Mine was 12'x25'), Just be very aware before you purchase, that it is the lightest duty tarp available.

Luckily, I had to use this tarp as a protective covering for the floor. Unluckily, the tarp had some ripped lines and patches. Luckily I was able to cover the tarp with a cheaper plastic covering. Unluckily, the condition of the product was so bad that I couldn't return it. Luckily, I just threw it away after usage. Unluckily, I realized that I dropped about $25 for a piece of torn plastic.Don't buy this product if you need non-ripped, non-patchy, non-destroyed, usable tarp. Buy it for everything else. If you would like some sun lines on that new paint job or some extra drops of water on your wood for extra charm and character, go for it. It also makes for a good statement piece in the trash bin. I hope it's recyclable...

Paper thin junk! If you need a cheap tarp that tears easily, and probably won't stand up in the wind, then this is for you. Holes were going through it as I used it the 1st time. When I'm done with my temporary 1st use, it's going in the garbage. No point in trying to fold it up and save it. I compared it to an older tarp I had in use, and the older one was 2-3 times thicker and reinforced around the edges.

Not worth the money. It's SO thin it's see through. I thought this was the heavy brown/green tarp I was accustomed to... NOPE. Don't waste you're money. I had to use it To cover my boat....didn't have time to run and get a new one. I doubt it will last the season. I'm pretty sure water will be getting under it as well. Like I said... see through and with holes. The grommets immediately began popping out the minute I tied it down.

I guess you get what you pay for. As soon as the box arrived I knew there was not much substance to the tarp as the box was very small for the size of the tarp. The grommets pull out with very little tension and the string behind the grommets is very thin.When I ordered the unit I was informed that it would arrive in 6 to 10 days. After about twenty days I decided to cancel the order but I was informed that it was being shipped that day and I was two late to cancel. I would not order this tarp again.

I am very disappointed. It clearly says waterproof tarp and not water resistant as it should otherwise I would not have purchased it. I bought it with the sole purpose of using it as a outdoor hockey rink liner. After spending so much time and money filling my rink with water and then for it to leak out slowly before it can all freeze is very upsetting. If it wasn’t for some of the water freezing on it, I’d be sending it back. I expected more from this product.

Bought this tarp to go over my tent as extra protection from the elements & to help keep heat in. It's thin but easily covers a 6 person tent (& my suv... & my friends suv). Folded in exact 1/2 it covers just the 6 person tent with barely any overhang for my tent entrance. So far, there have been no rips or tears, but like I said, its thin. Great value for the price tho. I'll definitely be buying another.

I bought this tarp to protect my tent from rain, while installing the tarp over the tent using the grommets to attach ropes, i noticed the "reinforced" polyethylene rope within edges was in fact very weak. The edges started to rip with low wind, water leaked through. All I can say is DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR LOW END QUALITY. Lasted about 4 hours and went straight to trash.

This tarp didn't last 3 months. I used it for an outdoor cover. The material started to disintegrate within a month. It took a big wind to rip it in half
