Q: the description in one spot says jug of 500 while another says # of items is 4000. Is it 500 or 4000 for the $51.31?

It is 500 Red/Yellow wirenuts great for #12 Thhn or even a couple #10s

They have a bag, a jug, and a keg. The jug is 500, and the keg is 17,000. The keg really gets the cost per piece down, but that's a lot of wire nuts.

Q: How much is the weight?

I never paid any attention to the weight. I love these dual sized (yellow wire nut + red wire nut) wire nuts. They simplify things tremendously.

No it's way too small. These are only for joining wire together, not threading onto a cymbal stands. A giant version of this might look pretty cool though.
