Unstable
It is not that sturdy. The clamps that go over the bulb are flimsy and once the shade is installed it and the adapter just teeter on the bulb, extremely unstable.

Fell apart
Had to order a replacement bc screw fell off the soldered part right away making it useless. The second one I handled delicately and so far so good but as far as sturdiness it’s a fail for mw

It is not large/tall but works for a shade that's not too heavy.
