on the package, its says to press the red and white buttons at the same time with the power off. When the power is on, release the red and white buttons when you see the LCD display. Enter the settings menu. The LCD display either C or F. Use the white button to select C or F. Once you decide, press the red and white at the same time to save your setting. Leave the settings menu for the iron to get hot.

Q: How can I disable or delay the automatic power off feature?

I've never looked into how to turn that function off but I've used it for up to an hour and I've had no problems
