Mother sometimes suffers from incontinence due to Parkinson's. In summer we avoid diapers for rash issues. These were very helpful. Soaks fine and no fear of infections.

We use it for an infant when he is not in diaper. It soaks up liquid, but takes some time. Size was large for baby, so we cut in half, stiched the open end and used, otherwise the cotton comes out. Feels and touch is soft. Can be used for one whole day.
