Exos Commuter Backpack - 29L Padded Laptop Backpack for Work - Backpack with Laptop Compartment - Fits Up To 17" Computers

When I first ordered this backpack for myself, I wasn’t sure if this particular backpack would HOLD all of the things that I would purchase from my grocery store. . You see,I’m one of those kinds of people that DO NOT like to walk back to my home from the grocery store carrying ALL of what they purchased inside of a little,itty bitty plastic bag,so, I put all of my purchases inside of my backpack. Well,for a very long time,that worked well,but, I have a relative that wanted to MOVE all of MY STUFF, and,the BIG backpack that I was using to tote all of my “grocery store stuff” got MOVED AWAY from my home to a “storage unit place” with a majority of my other stuff. Well,now I’m STUCK with this particular backpack,(the one that I’m writing this review for),and,not the slightly bigger backpack. Here’s my REAL OPINION about this backpack from a man who uses this backpack every day: THIS BACKPACK WORKS,it’s very reliable, and,it can contain EVERYTHING that I want it to. When I take this particular backpack to my work,does it hold ALL OF MY STUFF ?? Of course it does,if it didn’t,I wouldn’t take it,but, I do. When I put this backpack on my shoulder,will it hold all of the stuff that I purchase at my grocery store ?? YES,it might take a bit of rearranging, but,it holds EVERYTHING !! If I put all of my stuff inside of it,ill it break ?? This backpack hasn’t broken yet, and, I see absolutely no signs that it wants to. So,is this particular backpack the BIGGEST that I’ve ever owned ?? NO. BUT,will this particular backpack do, and hold,what you want it to do and hold ?? YES,IT WILL,without a question. I will be more than happy to purchase a second one of these backpacks. That is what I would call “money well spent”.

I bought it 7 years ago. I use it often and still look like new.My laptop 16 inches fits perfectly in the laptop compartment.I'm impressed.

I like this bag...that's why I bought it. However, the strap seem to just run through without any loop at the end to hold it into place. They also seem a bit too short.

This bag is exactly the size I was looking for (BIG), comfortable, and it feels like it will hold up for a long time. Several months (and 5+ plane trips) in and I'm still very happy with this purchase. This bag is large enough that I can pack all I need for multi-day work trips and it's much easier than rolling a suitcase through the airport.

Needed a replacement back pack for my 17' HP ca1055cl Laptop. (Zippers finally giving way.) Saw this on Amazon and for the price, figured I give it a try. No good for my 17 inch HP as I can not get the computer into the rear laptop pouch because the pouch is too small and can not zipper it shut. [No problem in older backpack; had plenty of room to spare.]The fabric material also feels like maybe 500 denier and seems really light weight for a day to day book bag carry. Pack straps and back also minimal for carrying a load of books around all day.From front to back, the first zipper opens to an accessories pouch with pen organizer, and next is 2 zipper pull almost full height pouch for note pads or a couple of 8 1/2 x 11 lab or course workbooks fit into. The next 2 pull zipper full height pouch is probably for text books, and is probably the pouch the cinching straps are for. The last 2 pull zipper opens to the main compartment with the sewn in laptop/tablet pouch in back. This one is huge and looks like it is design for a couple or one 3 inch looseleaf binder. There are two more single zipper pulls, but they are for a sunglass pouch that is on the inside of this large main compartment, and last single pull runs along the back edge of the pack in front of the sewn in plastic sheeting so you can pull out the laptop or tablet without having to dig thru your load of looseleaf binders. There is not any kind of pouch separation for the laptop/tablet area from the large main pouch area.The back of the pack does have a sewn in stiffener; which I think is to help you pull out or put in the laptop with a full pack.I guess I save this for one of my 15" or 14" electronic devices and try the Amazon Basic backpack for my 17 incher.

This is the 3rd time I requested a replacement because each bag before were used. The zippers get stuck, the strap holders are scratched up and the reflective strips are rubbed off right out of the package. It’s not worth asking for another replacement. Junk.

Bought the first backpack in 2016 and it was great. After 6 years it JUST started to breakdown a little, so we ordered a replacement. Great price and good durability.
