Very dated and not comprehensive
This book cost 150 euros, for that money you espect a nice university-grade textbook full of tecnical informations and explenations. Instead this book is just a worst, smaller and slimmer copy of "An Introduction To Perfumery - 2nd edition, Curtis and Williams, Michelle Press" (very nice and that you can buy for 80 euros). Also all the little info in it are clearly very dated! Definitely not worth! Save your money!

Great guide for beginnners!
Not many pages, but it's still the best practical book written for wanna-be or start-up perfumer. Lots of specific information given on naturals and aromachemicals. Very valuable discussion on the benefits and limitations of GC/MS analysis in modern perfumery. A great need-to-know guide for beginners.

The Textbook of Choice
Cuts to the chase. Everything one needs to know about the subject as a textbook should. Well written and practical. Expensive but worth it.
