This stuff works
I must tell you that I chose to go to a licensed Naturopath's office because I needed a view that my regular MD didn't have. Appropriate supplements and dosages. Among other things (sugar) I was using caffeine as a stimulant. He put me on a Me-Cofactors to wake my brain up without that stim-wiring effect. This year I ran out and boy did I know a difference. For me a half a tab at 7am helps begin the day, calm but much more awake. Whoever makes this supplement and distributes it has my appreciation.

Great product. Wish it was cheaper
I’ve used this product for roughly 15 years maybe longer. Works pretty well it used to be cheaper if you purchase bulk. Miss those days. If they brought that back I’d buy more for sure.

Best energy source in a vitamin
Don't know how I found these originally but I've nicknamed them "LEGAL SPEED". I gave some to a friend once and told her to only take 1/2 and she called me totally freaked out because she took 2 and was so wound she thought it was actually some sort of speed drug. I do, on occasion, take 2 when I have a big day ahead of me and/or want to get a lot of things done.

MOST PROFOUND SUPPLEMENT I HAVE EVER TAKEN
I went to a orthomolecular doctor and did 12 treatments to rid my self of heavy metals. The second treatment I had the worst detox symptoms. He gave me one of the Me-Cofactors and 15 min later the heavy fatigue I felt subsided. This helps your body naturally make SAM-e and helps the liver detoxify If you take cholesterol medicine it would benefit you. Anyone that has a autoimmune disorder, Methylation issues, fatigue, joint issues. You can take up to 2 a day. These were created by a biologist. My favorite supplement!!!!!!

this is probable one of the best serotonin sources as it definitely is a mood elevator. The combo of folic acid , B6 and B 12 with SAMee has been a great combo from an excellent Lab, Dr. Dews a brilliant man in Texas Seems to help my arthritis too! MLG
