The product is great but one major downfall. Even after days in the freezer or fridge the cold pack becomes warm within minutes after using it.BEWARE from the seller cause they refused to refund me and said we are only the seller and not the manufacturer of the product. So if u want to gamble and buy anything from them then then say goodbye to any refund right!

The product leaked the blue substance upon first use. It’s dangerous as it could’ve gone into someone’s eyes. Do not buy. If Amazon allowed photos you’d see how bad it is.

I opened the mask to use it after I returned from vacation and I found that there is a cut on the front and the gel started to leak. It is bad that I didn’t inspect the mask before but it was in a protective bubble so I know this cut is from manufacturing process and not a delivery issue. I wish there is a button where I can ask to exchange it with another mask…
