I have been using this for years and my doctor said I am managing my health well. I only see the Dr for a yearly checkup and try to eat healthy and stay active. This is a wonderful product that makes daily care effective and so easy to do! I am over 70 years old!

I've noticed more energy and my bloodwork counts are great!

By the end of this order I will have been on this product for a year. I am 77 years old. I go to the gym 3 days a week usually after 10 PM to avoid the crowd. I live on 3 acres, most of which is lawn and flower beds. I am on my tractor and zero turn mower, use my chain saw, and other power equipment. I am under and over all of my equipment changing worn belts and full maintenance on same. I'm a retired Police Sgt.So I would have to say these little capsules work.I don' taste them. The capsules are of normal size compared to prescription meds.A serving is 4. I no longer drink coffee, but I do drink a lot of tea. Hence I take these capsules one at atime as I drink a cup of tea. No issue there.I would say my mind has improved to the point I am able to complete my tasks.I still have to hunt for my phone once in a while. I used to be able to think of several things at once.It's not like the old days with a 2 way radio, a music radio, a multi channel police scanner going in theCruiser, and processing it all. I did give up flying airplanes. These capsules aren't going to get me backto that mental level.I think I do pretty well figuring out issues that come up with the computer. Me hating to be out smarted by a box of plastic and wires.The price is right. I get 4 bottles per order.Give this stuff a sniff. It works for me. Order arrived quickly. The cost is reasonable compared to the balance of nature. Only been taking for a week so can not give an honest review yet. But the three star I gave is because the taste is terrible. If I can manage to take the whole bottle to see if I get any results from them then I will update.

Product is excellent in providing needed fruits and vegetables.
