Re:Play Hydration Recovery Drink Powder, Sugar Free Raspberry Lemonade - 570g tub, 30 Servings

I’ve been using re:play for about 4 years now and I love it. I work construction and if you live in the south you know the heat and humidity are excruciating. I drink a 16oz bottle of this in the morning and at night and it keeps me from getting too dehydrated and cramping. Would definitely reccomend. It is an acquired taste with the sodium, but I’ve come to like it. Give it a try!

I want to start this off by saying - do not buy this from amazon. I don't know if they store it underwater or what(?) Anytime I have ordered from here, I end up with a clumpy product.My last three orders from the company website have been perfect! I am a disabled athlete that competes in endurance events with my handcycle. I recently did a 200 mile event with this product and there is nothing I would change. I have had ran into issues using other products (GU, Nuun, SIS, Skratch, etc). They either upset my stomach, were basically nothing more than flavored water and I ended up dehydrated, or did not have the electrolyte composition that I personally need. I was never dry cranking through the heat and my performance never suffered as a result. I hate overly sweet products and this is not. I prefer the raspberry lemonade. I mix 1 scoop with 24-32oz of water. Anything less, the flavor profile can be a bit over powering. It also contains a good amount of L-Glutamine per serving which is great for making proteins, amino acids, glucose, and muscle healing. Honestly, there is not another product i have tried that even measures up.

Do you like to work out or do you work outdoors? Do you ever find yourself waking up in the middle of the night or the early morning feeling totally dehydrated despite the fact that you drank a million gallons of water before going to bed? I searched health food stores for something just like this for a very long time and always came back empty handed and disappointed. The actual levels of electrolytes in most of those 'salt tabs' were pretty abysmal. One of the coaches from my gym turned me onto this product and it's been like flipping a switch in terms of waking up feeling hydrated. I take one scoop after every vigorous workout and I finally feel hydrated without feeling bloated. It's great!

This recovery drink powder is amazing! I am so bad at drinking enough water and always feel dehydrated. I can notice an immediate difference after drinking this, especially before/after working out and to prevent nasty hangovers. I would absolutely recommend this product!

Great taste! We take this every morning to help with hydration. I have recommended this product to ALL my friends and family members and they all have started taking it. Great way to start the day and feel energized! I highly recommend this product!

I am not a fan of the sweetener I must say. When I first start drinking it, I am a little put off, but by the time I am finished my taste buds have adjusted and I'm ok with it. I can only drink it really cold though.Update: I ordered a second container of this and it was one solid clumped up mass (I had to take a knife to it). Clearly the quality control is not there for this product. It is not dissolving as it should. It tastes the same but I would rather use a product with better quality control

TL;DR... awesome company, amazing product, amazon fulfillment and how they store it is what’s causing the hit or miss “bricks” that I and other have received.This is an awesome product! I’ve used it for a while now and it’s my go to for hydrating after a long workout or a long day of work outside. The best on the market that I’ve come across. So why three stars? This product needs to be stored properly which isn’t hard, room temp and climate controlled. Put it on top of the fridge at home and you’re good. However ordering from amazon is hit or miss. Sometimes you’re lucky and you get a nice fine powder and sometimes you get a literal brick like I did yesterday. If you order from the company it’s always right but if you order from amazon and it’s “fulfilled” by amazon then you’re getting what they keep in stock in their warehouse. Warehouses aren’t really ideal environments to keep this, none that I’ve ever been in anyhow. Basically this product is great, the company that makes it is great, as I’ve spoke with them before, but if you have an issue with serious clumping then I encourage you to try it one more time except from the company themselves. I doubt the company has any idea that customers are receiving literal bricks because of amazon. It may take longer to get to you of course, but worth the wait.

You know you are dehydrated when you taste the salt but if you don’t taste it and you only taste lemon and raspberries
