will this be shipped in a box? my last purchase was shipped in a sleeve. The box was squashed, the lid popped over and the paste oozed out.

It did not get shipped in a box, unfortunately. My order was shipped in a padded envelope. Although the paste didn't ooze out, a few of the individual boxes were a bit dented.

Do you also have to use regular toothpaste in addition to the gum detox?

This is toothpaste. It just specified in the gums. Kind of like whitening toothpaste specializes in whitening.

what can I do to avoid tooth discolouration from the stannous fluoride in this?
