This is a standard mini ball pen refill, the dimensions of which are 2.6" x 1/16".

I have the cross tech3+ pen but refills state it'll fit tech 3. Any difference in 3 and 3+?

For the refills there is no diff5. The 3 vs 3+ only refers to the outer appearances and funxtion of the pen. All refills are the same.

Does this refill fit a Tiffany purse pen?

No idea, I prefer to use the exact one.

Dissatisfied

The blue refill got pale in 2 pages and ran out of ink in 5 pages, not had a similar problem with the original pen refills. I don’t know if these are not original? expired? vulnerable to transportation? But not recommend to anyone!
