Wheelchair Transfer Platform

This has given much stability when my husband transfers from his power chair to the hospital bed. It is very stable with front wheels of chair placed on the platform, but is easy to move for cleaning with no weight on it.

After a couple of falls transferring from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair to bed, I found this. Works well for me. Does take up floor space, but fairly lightweight and can be moved around to allow access. Easily assembled, sturdy enough. I’m about 250 lbs. and would rate it higher if it were more heavy duty and used more substantial hardware at attachment points.
