2 people say it has no scope so why is is still advertized as including a scope?

Apologize for the confusion on the Stoeger Model S4000-E configurations. The Black Synthetic comes in two versions, either with a 4x32 Scope or a Fiber-Optic sight. The other models available in Realtree Edge or Hardwood come with the 4x32 Scope only.

No, the scope comes shipped separate in the box. You will need to mount and sight it in.
