High quality and long lasting! I have used the medium strength band almost daily for about 18 months. I do hip and leg exercises. The band is still like new!! No fraying and it’s elasticity is still in tact! Also the band does not ride up or down, does not crimp, and feels comfortable. I highly recommend the bands.

Very good quality, lasting product

I've had these for almost a month now and have used them about four days per week on average. So far they have held up very well, do not chafe at all, and support a wide variety of workouts. They are thick and have soft, gel-like catch strips on the inside that prevent the bands from slipping down your arms/legs. They come in 3 noticeably different resistance strengths. The mesh bag that the bands were delivered also seems durable and is useful for keeping the bands together in my gym bag. I will update this review if anything changes with continued use, but so far they are awesome!

i disliked the pink color, but the price was right. bands are high quality. was a great surprise addition to my workout.

These bands are very nice quality but not really for small framed people. For them to really give the resistance I need they have to be tighter.

These hip/glute resistance bands do exactly what they should--provide resistance--and seem sturdily made at a very reasonable price. The resistance level is fairly stiff so if you are used to Theraband-type resistance, this will be an adjustment. That's what I wanted, so I am a happy customer. (on a side note, I picked these out of the many brands available because the photos used in the advertisements were not ridiculous booty shots. I'm in this for self-improvement and strength, not to match some unrealistic standard of a highly subjective human ideal :-)
