Not the same product
I ordered this hard hat expecting a vented model with a high-quality ratchet suspension, as shown in the product photos and description. However, the item I received is completely different from what was advertised. The ratchet suspension feels very cheap and flimsy, and the overall design and vent positions do not match the photos at all. I'm disappointed with the misleading listing and the quality of the product. Definitely not what I expected.
