Amazing Results for Brassy Hair!
my wife used the Pravana Chromasilk Hair Color Corrector in Ash Blue, and she is thrilled with the results! The color is vibrant and true to the description. It effectively neutralized the unwanted brassy tones in her hair, leaving it with a beautiful, cool blue hue. The application was straightforward, and the product didn’t damage her hair. She highly recommend this color corrector for anyone looking to achieve a stunning ash blue shade.

The perfect color between Red & Purple.
At first, I was confused because when I received it, the box said 7.62 but "Red Beige Blonde" instead of "Light Red/Violet Blonde." But since it was labeled the correct number, I decided to open it. I mixed the entire tube with 20 volume developer (Ratio 1 : 1.5) I got nervous because the product was very PINK. I wanted a red/purple color which is why I bought this one because it says "red/violet" on it. Anyway, I decided to just give it a go. I applied to my entire head. Although I have shoulder length hair, I had to use the whole tube. I suggest buying two of these if your hair is long. I left it on for an hour and after it processed, it was definitely not pink but looked very purple/red! After I washed it off, which took forever for the water to stop looking like blood, my hair was a dark yet vibrant burgundy with deep hues of red, purple, and fuschia. It was EXACTLY what I wanted!!!This photo was taken under direct daylight through a huge window. (Cupcake sticker added to hide my face) It's a lot darker without light. I had different shades of brown and blonde prior so it created dimension instead of just being all one color. If you're hair is light, it will come out more red. If your hair is dark, it will come out more purple. Mine is a mixture of both!

Know your undertones before purchasing any of these
This works great. I mix with the Provana Ash Blue and Ash Green with Wells Dark Ash Brown permanent dye.You can see the progress of my hair color slowly lightening from a chocolate/ reddish brown to a lighter ash brown.Remember dying your hair is science you are mixing chemicals. I only dye my own hair, no one else’s. Hair color all depends on your undertones, how much you lighten before and the colors you add after.I have been doing my hair for years and this has been the best color combination that I have stuck to the past year. It seems to work the best and really helps tone the red/copper.Don’t expect the perfect results the first time it’s a process. Good luck!

The best rich brown colour ever created.
Omg! I am never ever ever going back to any other brand of hair colour professional or otherwise. I love this colour so much I am praying Amazon never takes it away. It added such a beautiful rich brown to my dry stresses locks. And yea the other reviews are absolutely right it is much much darker than you expect, maybe it will fade over time but I love it because that is exactly what I was looking for - a deep chocolate brown. It is a level 3/2 colour not a level 4 and parts of my hair were lightened/ stripped with effasol. So if you are using it on dark hair expect it to look like a level 1/2. There was no scalp irritation, no ugly smells, no mess. I can go on and on. Next time I will try mixing some rich red into the brown for more depth. One entire tube with 1.5x developer was sufficient to fully saturate my shoulder length hair. I have very thick hair so maybe that’s why. I used it with L’Oréal 20 volume cream developer and it worked like a charm. At the same price or cheaper than a box dye why would anyone ever choose box dye again is beyond is me.

Perfect for Locs. Great color Easy to use, but no instructions provided
This color is the most vibrant black that I have used to date (1N). It worked perfectly on my sister locs. The reason I gave the product a 4 instead of a 5 is there are absolutely NO instructions and a bit of gray still showed. However, I am super pleased. I squirted a little of the tube in a glass bowl. Don't squeeze the entire tube b/c it begins develping in the glass. You want it developing in your hair! I used my gloved hand and took the time to put the product on every LOC from root to end. It's a bit of hit or miss as I couldn't tell how much product, but ... it worked. I started in the front so that the gray would be covered. It took about 25 minutes to saturate my almost shoulder length hair. Then I let it sit with a plastic cap for 30 minutes. PERFECT. No burning. No mess. The few stains on my skin, I wiped off with a baby wipe as I did the bathroom counter where I 'stupidly' threw my used gloves without thinking! My scalp is not stained; only my hair. I'm extremely satisfied.

Totally Authentic
Definitely real (and I’ve had other sellers give me fake Pravana on here). This has no smell while developing. Afterwords your hair is vibrant and smells amazing like bananas and flowers which is how Pravana always it. Alwo your hair will be so shiny and soft, get it! Check images of your Pravana shade online first don’t just trust the name of the color as Pravana is typically darker and more colorful than the same shade name from Sally or even Matrix. For example I used 4N Pravana and it’s a brown/black looking color in Pravana other brand’s would’ve named this a 3N

Great toner for all hair colors
I have probably a level 6-7 ash blonde/brunette (what people called it growing up was dirty water blonde…glad this phrase isn’t used anymore!) For whatever reason it easily becomes brassy from sun exposure & products. I used this 8.11 ash blonde and Pravana’s Zero Lift developer. I used the recommended 1:1.5 ratio of toner to developer, and man, this color is BANGIN’. I’ve used just the toner alone, but if you get the zero lift developer it really sinks in the ash color, which is exactly what I wanted. My hair still feels very soft, doesn’t stink from the chemicals, and my fragile ends aren’t fried. Even my curls are in tact, which is hard to do with curly hair being dyed. Definitely recommend this toner and the zero lift to get rid of brass tones.
