ITY Fabric Polyester Knit Jersey 2 Way Spandex Stretch 58" Wide by The Yard (1 Yard, Berry)

I was a little afraid after reading other reviews that this fabric would be too heavy for my purposes. I live in Florida and like all of my tops to be nice and breathable and lightweight. But the price was right and most of the reviews were very positive [despite one describing it as being a heavier weight]...so I gave it a try. It came today, and I LOVE it! It is by no means heavy weight fabric. I think what that reviewer meant was that it is a stable type of stretch jersey. In other words, it is not the type of jersey that is very difficult to sew, constantly bunching up under the presser foot etc. It is easy to work with, but simultaneously light and airy! Beautiful, deep jewel toned color. I could not be more pleased! I will be buying this in many more colors!

Ordered several colors to use as backdrop covers. I messaged them to see if they can ship out as soon as possible since i have upcoming events. They arrived in 3 days! Great customer service and turnaround time. They are true color, great stretch, not see though and good quality. I will be ordering more. I ordered Light pink, blush, tan, baby blue and dusty rose

Likes: I give it a 4.5. Fabric easy to work with & did not need to hem the bottom. Color was great. Does not fray. Material was soft and not too "klingy". Did not wash it yet so can't comment on that. If it washes well then rating would be a 5. Had difficult time finding a tunic I liked, in the various sizes needed, in a specified timeframe. Ordered this fabric to have overlays/tunics made for several ladies for our praise dance. Took measurements. After 1st one was made, it fit me well. But I wanted more room in the chest just for my own comfort level. Had another woman try on SAME tunic, and she is at least half my size. It fit her well. So just for grins, had another different sized woman try it on and she could fit the tunic. Thus my "one size fits all" statement. If sewing this type top, So I had more tunics made to same pattern, but some with wider chest sizes, and did lengths a bit longer so they hung more like dresses on everyone instead of just a longer top that hangs between the waist and knee area. Had a pair of plazzo pants made with some of remaining material. And a few yellow scarfs with the scraps. Fabric a bit pricey per yard, but u get what u pay 4. It was worth it. Would order again in diff color.

I really like this spandex! It has a nice feel and seems high quality. Can be used for crafts or clothes, etc. It's nice and stretchy.

Excellent fabric, made a bikini top to go with the bottoms I already had. The gold is the fabric I bought, I already had the black. It drapes beautifully and makes great swimsuit material!
