Q: My 1 year old got this item for christmas and the switch that turns it from off to the abc’s or music is broken! how do i go about getting it replace?

I ordered this ride toy and it was missing the handle for pushing it as well as the shape parts. I contacted the maker of the product and they suggested a purchase a different product. They suggested I send it back to Amazon rather than obtain the missing pieces so I did and they gave me back my purchase amount.

Q: would the wheels scratch or damage hardwood floors?

We have hardwood and it hasn't caused any damage.

Q: Can this be used outside on grass?

Yes. But keep on mind that it might be difficult for the infant to push it on grass. Some adult help might be needed
