Does this come with a feeder cap?

Yes it can. We got cheap bottles from dollar tree to do this.

Dimensions? Specifically height if standing vertically, without the yellow ring.

We have the 250ml bottle and its 6 inches from neck to bottom

Does this product help a tongue tie baby to feed from the bottle?

I use this bottle mostly for flow control. It can work with some tongue tied babies depending on the type of tongue tie. I am a speech language pathologist who works with infant feeding. I strongly encourage you to seek out a SLP fior a feeding consult and to assess if your infant's lingual frenulum should be clipped. Not all ENT or peds docs rush to have them clipped but a feeding SLP will know immediately if your child needs it clipped :if your baby cannot latch on to breast feed /bottle feed to meet their nutritional needs. OR if the cough OR HAVE WET CRIES WHEN FEEDING- please let your MD know immediately. Good luck
