Making sourdough bread it’s excellent

I bought this product to use as a dishwasher cleaner. ( Did you know those expensive little tablets are mainly citric acid? I didn't.) Being kinda sloooow when it comes to getting things actually DONE, this little jar was just sitting in my cupboard. The other day I tried making KETO SOUR LEMON GUMMY SNACKS. They were GREAT. And were made even better by the sprinkling on of some sugar free sweetener mixed with some of this citric acid. A POWERFUL sour lemon gummy, let me TELL you ! : X ! Wonderful!! I will be buying more of this stuff asap as I'm making/consuming gummies at a fast rate. Bag the dishwasher : /

This is an additive to sourdough bread that makes it more acidic and therefore tastes more sour. It’s vitamin C. Use it in good health. Great for rolls!

This product crams and shines your pot by putting sour salt in the put while it is hot. Let it set and empty the after a few hours or so.

Website acquisition was flawless. Haven't used it yet, but will be used for soups and stews requiring acidity, eg. borscht. Could come in a smaller size, you really don't use that much at any one time! Often used in conjunction with vinegar, but not always.

what I used to use was crystals…it is ok.

I wanted a more sour flavor in my sourdough bread. This helped alot. I only used a half teaspoon to the replacing some of the salt

Use it in Borcht to cut the sweetness of the beets
