I've had this for a few months now and it still works great!INSTALLATION: Most people should be able to install this easily, however I don't have any experience with this type of thing. Be very careful that you install the nut with the threads facing the proper way; I stripped them easily which caused a leak that rendered my whole toilet unusable and caused a lot of frustration. Once I replaced the nut and got some help, it was great!PRESSURE/FLOW: The pressure adjustment is not super sensitive like some bidets so you have a wide range between a soft flow and a harder flow. I've used some bidets where a millimeter makes the difference between a comfortable or painful flow, but this one is not like that.USE/INTERFACE: I really like the handle twist operation. It's simple to navigate for new users or children/elderly, very straightforward. It makes for a clean, attractive design. This also did not bulk up my toilet seat so I didn't need risers for the front half of it like some models require. It's unnoticeable!FEMININE WASH: It's very convenient having the feminine wash, specifically after working out or during my time of the month. Even if you are a man, if you have a woman in your life, she will appreciate having this available and feel more comfortable because of it. Having that option for this price is amazing.CONS: I didn't want to get a warm water bidet because of the price and I figured that might be even more difficult for me to install, but sometimes I do wish I had the option. However, that's not the product's fault but just remember this does not have a warm option.In conclusion, for the price, it really is an excellent product. It's honestly life-changing to have a bidet and I recommend them to everyone. You will feel cleaner, clean yourself faster, and save money on toilet paper. If it had a drying function, I would no longer buy toilet paper at all (those styles are quite an investment, however). This is a major improvement in my life as-is. As mentioned, the price is truly unbeatable for the product you're receiving. I was prepared to pay double for what I considered an "inexpensive" type and I'm so glad I found this. You will not be disappointed.

My grown daughter has had this bidet since the pandemic. I tried it recently and thought "What have I been waiting for? This is genius!". Easy to install and use. Twists to left for front and right for back so you can tell by the click of the handle where you are. Saves on toilet paper. Leaves you feeling clean and refreshed! I put it on a Toto toilet myself in about 15 minutes. I bought a second one to install in my rv too.

I've had five bidets over the years (on three toilets) and they always had the KNOB selector. After time, the knob becomes too tight to turn, so I tried this style. It's PERFECT! Very easy to turn on/off. And oh so slim. When the price comes down (I bought during a lightening deal) I'm going to purchase and replace on my other two toilets. The only "con" is that the plumbing the same exact size as my prior bidget. I thought I'd get away with just switching out the bidet itself, but the hose was a siiver too small, had to replace all the parts, but it was easy enough. Very happy with this purchase.

Started using this type of device, at least 15 years ago. Not sure if this is the same brand as the original or not, but I know I have two of this brand, and have used them for over 2 years, with no problems. Easy to install, easy instructions, and easy to use. I have no use for one that has a Hot water option, I find the cool water this one uses is just great. If you have never experienced this type of butt washing, you are in for a treat, never felt cleaner, never was cleaner. This device works perfectly, with the adjustable pressure you find your comfort zone. I keep a roll of paper towels standing on the floor next to the seat, tear one sheet off, blot, and go. Don't throw the paper in the toilet, put it in the waste can, mostly just water on it anyway. You will feel cleaner than ever. Satisfied customer I am. Will buy again, if mine ever breaks.
