What is the Return policy?

want to return shoes heels to high

hello i am a us size 10 and uk 9.5 so i think i have to order 44 or do i need to have to order bigger size please help me to find the correct size ?

US size 10 should be about European 42. These shoes are smaller than they say, so perhaps US 11 / EU 44 would make it. Regardless of the size, I WOULD NOT recommend buying them.They are very STIFF, unusually narrow, & uncomfortable. I could NOT to wear them more than a couple of hours.

Are insoles removable?

The APMA Seal of Acceptance and Seal of Approval are granted to products found to promote good foot health. It does not have removable insoles.
