Great Quality, But Too Much of a Good Thing (Postnatal User)
These are clearly high-quality prenatals, clean ingredients, no junk, and the capsules go down easy. But holy B12 overload, Batman. I started taking the full dose postnatally and within a couple days I felt like I’d plugged myself into a wall socket: jittery, irritable, edgy, and way too overstimulated for someone already living in a house full of small humans.Turns out the methylated B vitamins, especially the B12, hit me way too hard. I had to cut the dose in half and watch my caffeine like a hawk. One cup of coffee plus these and I was ready to rewire the house, snap at a leaf, and spiral into existential dread—all before lunch. So yes, they’re good, but if you’re sensitive or already dealing with post-baby hormonal chaos, start slow and definitely don’t chug your usual espresso after taking them. Half dose works well for me now, but it took some trial and error (and a few emotional outbursts over nothing) to get there.

Best prenatal for MTHFR
I have used this with both my high risk pregnancies as I have MTHFR and can not process Folic Acid. Dr. Ben Lynch is a genius. I would highly recommend this to anyone trying to conceive or already pregnant. Also very gentle on the stomach with no bad aftertaste!

Hard to swallow BUT
I did a ton of research on prenatals and I believe these are the best. Trustworthy brand, best amount of included vitamins without having to take a million pills a day. It just doesn't have iron. You may like that, because of constipation, but I do worry now I maybe need to take iron supplements also. But overall I think these are the best. However even the 2 pills are so hard for me to swallow now that I've started having morning sickness. I've never had trouble swallowing pills but now I gag so easily and these pills are so big. I thought other reviewers were just sensitive, until the nausea came for me too. ANYWAY HERE'S A GOOD TIP THOUGH! These are actually GREAT for that problem, because they're the type of capsule you can twist open and dump out the power. So I just mix it into yogurt every morning! No pill swallowing at all. It's kinda gross tasting but in a regular size cup of yogurt it's not bad.

Great supplements!
These were a great prenatal supplement for someone wanting to take a more holistic supplement during pregnancy. Recommended by my midwives.

It's alright
My acupuncturist recommended I started taking these prenatal to conceive. I also have to take fish oil, probiotics, bromelin and prenatal... So much darn pills to take. I did some comparison with naturemade, one a day etc and these are by far has good DV and right percentage.I dislike the fact that I have to take 2 capsules. The capsules are very thick. I ended up drinking a whole 16. 9 FL Oz of water trying to get these pills to go down. I could feel the movement of it slowly going through my esophagus.I dislike that it doesn't have iron, omega 3 dha and choline in it.Other than that it seems to be fine. If I find any other issues I'll update my review.

Great product!
Great product with great ingredients! The size of the vitamins is average to larger but I don’t have a problem taking different size vitamins.
