Q: Has anyone with supposed to be but not quite there yet platinum lights used this? Whats the outcome and how many uses?

I really don’t know, I let my hair go natural and use it on my white hair.

Q: Does this have sulphates

I don't know...I do know my hair is brilliantly white-ish, no yellow, I'm always being asked if I dyed my hair like that or is it natural

Q: Do the drops dry out the hair?

I have been using this for a few weeks and love it, I don't see it making my hair dry.

Q: Can/do you mix the toning drops in with the conditioner that comes in the boxed hair color?

I MIX IT WITH MY OWN CONDITIONER, MINE DID NOT COME WITH A CONDITIONER. LEAVE ON HAIR FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE RINSING
