Multivitamin Liquid

I have used this vitamin for a long time because it is liquid has a great array of vitamins, minerals, and other supports. The taste is OK. I don’t find it particularly offensive, but I am also used to it the nice thing is you know that because it’s not in a pill or capsule form that your body has constant contact with the nutrients for better absorbability in my opinion. It is expensive for a 30 day supply but when you look at the massive amount of vitamins in the suggested dose of one cap full, you can really get by with a half a cap full and get plenty of nutrients. And that stretches it for another 30 days.

I sought something like this because of a compromised esophagus; I could not swallow pills and capsules. Twenty minutes or so of opening and mixing capsules in applesauce is tedious and too filling if you would rather spend time enjoying real food. I am hard core, but the taste is pleasant enough, especially considering the huge array of nutrients; if you have an inflamed throat, simply dilute with water. I will advise that you shake the bottle side to side, not messing up the area surrounding the cap. A large, dedicated glass measuring jigger works well. If you read the label, you will see a huge array of vitamins, minerals, targeted supplement, natural foods, etc - I don't think anything desirable was left out. No way could you afford to buy each of these separately. The price is more than reasonable. In short, It is easy to take, tastes pretty good, helps with energy and is not too expensive, especially considering all the extras it contains; I believe that the liquid formula is more readily absorbable too. So, just swallow one capful or measure 2 tablespoons, and with a few sips you are done for the day. Read the label each morning and stay inspired while you feel better!

I was hesitant to purchase but I'm glad I did. I've been taking this supplement liquid gold for a little over a month now and I honestly feel better. My energy levels have increased. I wake up feeling better every morning. I'll continue to purchase. I mix it with apple cider and I've gotten used to the taste. I was a bit thrown off at first but it's doable. I cannot drink those green juices what so ever and was happy this isn't like those. If your on the fence and need a really good supplement give it a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed

Liquid vitamins absorb quickly providing an immediate feeling of energy. I have been taking this product for 20 years because of the quality and value packed vitamin content that is above and beyond the pill versions. I love the taste of this product, it tastes like a citrus juice blend.

I decided to give the liquid vitamins a try since it metabolizes quicker, at least that’s what I think. I normally use the powder with skimmed milk and water and mix in a little bit of citric acid and grapefruit pectin. Sometimes I would have this twice a day. I thought this would be a good change. I’m glad I did. I definitely needed a pick-me-up because I’m currently living with my elderly mother who is suffering from end-stage congestive heart failure, and is on hospice. There are so many things that can give us a run down feeling. This little bottle has given me a much-needed boost. Many years ago, I took a small sample of the powdered form for my doctor who’s in sports medicine. He couldn’t believe the levels of vitamins. He absolutely flipped over it so I left him some samples I’d purchased. He shared a mnemonic device that one of his medical professors taught him. He said if you see 100% of the RDA, it’s enough to keep beriberi away, but not enough to keep you beriberi healthy. I thought that was pretty effective.

My regular daily vitamin boost, really good value as packed full of nutrients, tastes great, zingy with tropical fruit flavour. Larger size better value. Great boost to the system I love it.

My background is that I'm 41, work full time and travel around the country on trains , planes and automobiles (taxis). I would say that I'm tired and feel that I have a low level fatigue. Going to the gym gives me an energy boost, but sometimes I'm too busy to go. I've tried lots of supplements, which haven't had any noticeable benefit except for ZMA, but that started to make me oversleep and didn't always work . So with the source of life I find that it gives me a burst of energy and more mental clarity. Also mood is more chilled. Also I'm not flagging so much. Getting up to at 5:30 am on a cold morning going to the airport to fly to Switzerland, usually I feel like a zombie, but with a cap full of source of life I felt pretty good. Best way to describe it was a feeling of being charged with energy and feeling relaxed. When I say charged with energy I don't mean bouncing up and down in a hyper state, just a nice flow of energy. However I noticed that if I take it every day, I do feel a little bit of the underlying fatigue again. I don't know if that because my body is reacting to the high doses in the product and might be overloading. I think that every other day works for me. Usually at the weekend I'm wiped out, but I now find that I'm walking earlier and not having a wiped out feeling. However with all the positives I have been reading up on the B12 side and have decided to try methylcobalamin nuggets by solgar. I bought these last week from a health food shop in Cardiff. These tiny tabs dissolve into the mouth compared to the juice of source of life. I have found that these give a better result than the source of life. However source of life has many other vitamins. Why did I do this when source of life has a positive effect on me. Well from researching on the phoenix rising forums there are many forms of B12 and without going into the details, the form that is in source of life (cyanocobalamin) is converted to the active forms in the body which are: methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. The theory goes that if you take the cyanocobalamin then you may have other deficiencies that stops the body converting it to the active forms. So that could be why some people don't get any benefit from certain B12 supplements. In fact when I was in Cardiff I took the methylcobalamin tab (no cap of source of life that day), went to work in the office, felt energetic all day, didn't flag despite no lunch and then had a three hour train back to London and worked on the laptop on the way. When I got off at Paddington I was in fact considering going to the Gym at my local office. This was at 9:30 in the evening. Point is that the B12 seems to work for me and it might also have been the added impact of the source of life that I took the day before travelling to Cardiff. Also the Solgar ones are sublingual, so at the moment my thinking is that the version of B12 in source of life may not be as good as it could be because it is synthetic and has to be converted into the active forms and also the amount that is in a dose won't be absorbed by the body fully. Ie you get a tiny amount converted to the active forms via the stomach. All in all its a good way to have your vitamins and for me it works, so I would give it five stars. I will have it as one of my keeper supplements.

I have now been taking this for several weeks so feel I can give it an accurate review. It works: remember that when taking it because the taste is indescribable. It’s truly revolting. I struggled for a few days to not feel sick as it really is revolting, however, I felt so run down and have deficiencies in several vitamins and iron that I figured I’d try anything to give me a boost particularly now. If you just take the capful and have a drink in standby to wash away the aftertaste, you soon get used to it. Be prepared for neon side effects!! I definitely feel more energised and less groggy so hopefully it’s working inside too to build immune system. It’s expensive at once to be honest but I added up if I was only to purchase the equivalent iron, Vitamin b12, vitamin d and zinc which I would have bought individually, it would cost as much per month as this. Additionally, this has many more vitamins and minerals in it than those four so it’s actually cost effective. I take it with a vitamin d supplement as needed at this time and can justify the £1 a day cost on average for improved health. I’d highly reccomend if you are suffering from fatigue, want to boost your health or recovering from illness and need immune system support. Remind yourself it works every time because the taste is just something else I can’t understand how anyone says it is pleasant.

Very nutritious and tasty but very expensive

Many years I used to buy this quite expensive vitamins to my mother and sometimes for myself as this was the best liquid vitamins on the market. All this time formula was very well balanced and without any tricks. Now be careful if you need Calcium, vitamin C, Copper or Potassium you cannot rely on this liquid anymore. Same high price, but unfortunately fewer vitamins. They forgot to exclude vitamin C from one of the pics.
