Poor instruction leaflet
The instruction leaflet that comes with the product is inadequate and difficult to read without a magnifying glass

Best powerbank I have ever bought
I bought this power bank to mainly charge my MacBook and my phone and it has been amazing. Can use it multiple days in a row and not have to charge it

Too big and too heavy
First things first, there were no measurements for the device in the description; only the box/packaging measurements.This thing is 17cm long, 6cm wide and 2.5cm deep. And it’s heavy! It’s not something you put in your pocket to travel a long way via public transport to a rugby/football match for example, where you’ll have no access to power for many hours - which is why I wanted it. It’s far too big and I won’t be using it at all. If I had not damaged the box when I opened it I’d try to return it. I’ll be giving it away to a friend and buying a different much smaller one. Wasted a lot of money on this thing :-/

Excellent portable for ones mobile
Able to charge iPhone pro, iPad Pro and Samsung on the go several times. Has a usb-c port as well as the usual USB port which is fantastic. Definitely recommend

Misleading headline
I purchased this powerbank for two reasons - the capacity of the powerbank and the brand itself. Duracell products have lasted for a long time for me till now. But it was never misleading or fraudulent like this one. I was supposed to get a 20000 mah capacity powerbank but instead got a 10000 mah one. On the box as well it says 20000 but on the powerbank itself, it says 10000. I think this would have been a more popular product if it was advertised as it was supposed to be at 10000 mah. I realised this very late. But please don’t buy this powerbank unless you want to get a 10000 mah powerbank for the price of 20000 mah powerbank.

Not 20100mAh
The power bank was sold as 20100mAh.After much investigation to determine why it's under performing, I've noticed the faintly printed label on the bottom actually says it's 10050mAh.Reference is made to the equivalence of 20100mAh at 3.73v, which is not an output of the powerbank.Misleading marketing claims make this product potentially unfit for purpose.
