Stylish Yet Functional With Some Caveats
The Vostey Men's Boots caught my eye for their versatility, designed to fit the bill as casual boots, motorcycle boots, and even dressy ankle boots. The fit does require some breaking in, but they eventually become quite comfortable. One of the first things you'll notice are the two zippers, one on each side of the boot. Unfortunately, only one of these is functional, which could be a letdown if you're expecting dual functionality. The buckle, while aesthetically pleasing, doesn't add much in terms of utility.Durability is a bit of a mixed bag. The soles have proven to be quite durable, showing minimal wear and tear despite regular use. The pleather upper, however, hasn't fared as well and has started to tear in places. On the bright side, the wax laces have proven to be quite resilient, holding up well over time.Overall, these boots are a comfortable and stylish option, but with some durability concerns and non-functional design elements, they're not without their flaws.

Good boot. Wrong application.
Purchased these as motorcycle riding boots. Great price. I like the zipper feature which makes them easy to put on and take off. The upper shoe lace holders bend creating pant leg catchers so I must occasionally bend them back into place. The boots were initially uncomfortable to wear. They were very tight in the mid foot area. I used a shoe stretcher to expand that area for a couple days which improved their comfort dramatically. I now love the fit. I have noticed however that the sole of the boots is wearing very fast - this is in just a few months of light use. This is surprising because I don’t hike in them. That said, I do walk short distances when at rest stops. The thinning and now almost smooth sole is problematic due to the fact I need good tread to move the bike around in a variety of stable and unstable conditions. I have received compliments on their appearance but I need something more substantial for riding. These boots are more suited for business or evening wear in my opinion, not motorcycle use or hiking for that matter. I will keep these boots for social use as long as the soles hold out, which at my current pace, is not expected to be very long. They look great when polished. I now use a more robust, expensive, and presumably safer boot for motorcycle riding.

Really good shoes
I am 49 years old. This is the first time ever in my life that I have purchased the same shoe twice. My first pair was purchased back in 2022 when I was 47. I did not realize till a week ago how long I actually had this particular pair because the last two years have been quite a ride. These shoes have survived about a dozen concerts, two strokes, quite a lot of time at the hospital, a heart surgery and more. When I came to the conclusion a few weeks ago that it was time for them to go I was not prepared for the emotional attachment I had for these shoes, so I looked them up and purchase another identical pair. Are they made of real leather? Nope, just some fake stuff, but they did not fall apart. At one point I took a sharpie and darkened some of the areas that had lightened up, but that was all the maintenance needed. After 2 years and 9 months, these shoes still had their original laces.
